The guy with all the aftermarket products may not be to your liking, but I feel it's better than everyone else's boring old five on the street, including mine. The guy may have a lot of aftermarket products on his car, but I'm sure he has sponsors and gets most of his items at a great discount.
For the person with the M kit, while the m badge is a big no no, I feel the M kit suits the car just fine. You can say why not just save up for a M5, but in his country a M5 would cost at least 150K.

[/quote]I agree with you but a 520i is a 520i it looks all wrong with the M kit. no matter how you slice people who knows bmw will find out your driving a 520I with make up.
If i bought a 06 M5 I would be piss if i see a 520 or a 530i with a M Kit! because I'm no longer special, anybody can have their 5er look just like my 90k M5. I dont even think BMW should allow people to buy M KIT! if they want M5 to be exclusive this is what they need to work on. I'm pretty sure people who order a M5 want to feel Special

Very true I agree... Even tho the M has the awesome engine... the M kit being so similiar to the M5 makes the M5 less special... Never the less I WANT IT!

What other people drive never pisses me off. Somepeople de-badge their cars. Somepeople re-badge their cars. Many a 520 has a 540 badge and there are 100,000 vehicles on the road globally that have a Turbo badge, without any trace of a turbine inside.
