Yes I did tryed 40psi and 35psi on all tires.
I highly doubt that the tires are bad they are brand new nito 555's
When I went to axis today they went above and beyond to try to fix it...we actually found out that their balancing machine was not computing correctly....so they took it to another shop and payed them to balance it...it all zeroed out (balanced) after this it help the shaking alot now it only shakes on some roads instead of all roads.
So basically Im thinking its a harmonics problem and I just need stiffer springs. I just wish someone who has been through this already can save me alota time
Thanks,
HooKed

The centre bore might not be the right size, if thats the case, you need to install hub centric rings on your rims. Im 90% sure it will fix your problem.

Hubcentric spigot rings to reduce the centre bore from 74.1 to 72.6 and that's it.

kermakee,
Did you get your wheel shake problem taken care of? I purchased my EXE Konkourse last July and they cam with the hub centric rings and I never experienced any wheel shake.
Hope your rolling smooth.

3 pages is alot for a simple solution. If hub rings dont do the trick and your offset is correct then that is the best ride your going to have. The rim probably weighs alot. I think everyone has a small vibration with 20s regardless. Some worse than others based on the construction of the rim.

I was wondering, if these wheels were specifically made for the e60, why would then need the hubcentric rings? Wouldn't they have made them with the correct bore size?

even my iForged wheels custom made for 5 series need hub centric rings
Thats normal though, I had Lorinser and Brabus wheels that not only included centric rings but spacers as well. Maya and Lowenhart also have centric rings.
Just none of those high end wheels shouldnt shake the hell out of your steering wheel
