I have a flashing green LED on the lightswitch and a yellow headligt with arrows in the center of the cluster.

If it is the LED on the lightswitch its likely the ALC box'es that need programing thtas what i read, and the computer reads and error of adoptive headlamps.

How do i get the ALC fixed or programmed? It happened after i installed angel eye bulbs.
Should i go to the deale or will they void my warrenty

Your dealer may make the case that the Angel Eye swap created the problem - it's a slim case, but you may want to put the originals in when you go to the dealer to have the problem investigated.
