Great mods, you got some skills man!
I bet the new silver add-on stickers for the euro stickers would look extra sweet on there, set it right off!

How well do you think the hot glue will hold up to the heat...I've used hot glue once and in a few days with our summer heat it was done!!The part had fallen off....

Here are some updated pics. I redid the stickers and did both sides. As you can see, there are clamps holding the housing while the polyurethane is drying.

I've somewhat caught up with you hahahah. Unfortunately I did not have a euro sticker to install. I don't have a big problem with having the euro sticker on the outside oh well. I've sealed the headlight back up and its drying. Not sure if I'm going to do the right headlight tomorrow or next weekend. I'm tired of messing with it. Its going to look badass when its done though. I compared the mtech v2 with this one turned on and I'm actually blinded looking at the LED's, holy crap. The modifying wasn't so bad, I will be able to do the other side a bit quicker. The hardest part of this entire thing was cutting around that orange reflector. When the soldering iron it fused the plastic with it and it was a b*tch trying to seperate that. Any tips cutting around the reflector?
Thanks for your help today too Mike

Good stuff Phil. Where them pics?
So how did u fix the box issue? any assistance from Umnitza?
As for cutting the euro sticker for the inner part. I took it off the sticker, placed it on the reflector, traced it, then cut it with a scissor. So Simpo.
Dont forget to spray paint the amber piece. I did it so there's no amber at all.

Haha, so... now maybe the Cali people can appreciate it more that my buddy and I have such a short turn around =)
As Mike and Phil is finding out, this is a big pain in the butt to do.
Mike, I am super impressed with the reflector. I think I will have to bust mine open to do the same as well.
Also, big success with a LCI eyebrow install yesterday. I am thinking to take mine apart and use this "LCI method" for my pre since they actually look brighter than those Radio Crack's LEDs.
Oh, and final note about the Umnitza AE rings... they are not "perfect" size for pre-LCI cars, but they are actually perfect sized for LCI models.
