Haha, heres my situation. I have a chance to buy Style 167 Replicas (Miro) for $850 for all 4 and OEM for 1600. Almost double! Both great prices right? Should I just pay the extra for oem?

With the left over 750, I can buy better tires! Sigh, what would you guys do, and remember, I don't have money to burn.

Oh and I need tire suggestions! Sorry for the multiple posts!

If I can get OEM 167 for $1600, I'd get it in a heartbeat. It's light and has excellent quality. Please go with OEM. I was fortunate enough to get my OEM 166 wheel cheaper than replica

That price sounds like the OEM price for 166. My understanding is that for OEM 167s you would be paying quite a bit more (more like $2500). The pricing you are getting quoted for 167 OEMs is the best I have seen. One more thing - realize that 167 comes in two flavors - the offset for the M6 and the offset for the e60/M5...you want to make sure that you are getting the same offset as the 166 wheels are.

They are 16 offset in the front and 28 in the back. Should work right? 255/40 R19 285/35 R19

Will these tire sizes even fit my car??

In my humble opinion, you should get the OEMs with General Exclaim tires (see TireRack for the ratings on the tires).

With General Exclaim tires, you can save $700+ on just the tires alone, and the tires are great (possibly as good as PS2s).

Please do not mess with replicas. You can see may many nightmare posts trying to figure out how to fix the vibration caused by the replicas.

My new 19" #166 OEMs with General Exclaims are beautiful, and I am once again enjoying the car.

No. You will have to replace the tires. For a fact 255/40/19 will not work in the front. You can try and get away with 285/35/19 in the rear. Member blackonblackonblack is running 285/35/19s in the rear on his 166s.

Isn't it 255/35/19F and 285/30/19R for non-M e60 ?
