NAV is doable (search the forum, it has been done), but HUD is almost impossible or at least extremely costly. You will need a new dashboard and even a new windscreen and all HUD parts.

SatNav isn?t that cheap either. It would cost about 4000 euro just to upgrade fr?n Business to Professional according to BWM group Stockholm

But if you think about it makes sense, it's almost the same as it costs when you order a new car, I paid 36.000SEK. I would get mad if was cheaper to retrofit it by the dealer...

member nicke60gre will be attempting this at some stage - he already has most of the parts, cost has been VERY reasonable until now. Of course the guy knows how take his car apart so he'll save bundles from doing the work himself !

I have retro fitted pro sat Nav int my car which had none cost about ?550 for the parts and a day to fit just plug and play but the voice activated bit is not working which i am told needs to be programed by dealer not done this yet as thinking of retro fitting bluetooth as well then get the lot reprogrammed in one go to save some cash.

Check out the following post and the ones right after it to see that the HUD retrofit is, in fact, possible...
