aFe Throttle Body Spacer - '08 550i

Did a search and didn't find anything. Came across a throttle body spacer available from aFe. They claim a pick-up of up to 10hp and 14ft lbs of torque. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this mod.

Sales sheet (attached) says part is available March '11.

Save your money...and spend it something else, like RPI scoops and BMC filter.

Appreciate the response but care to elaborate? With limited performance upgrade options for the N62B48, I thought even if you got 50% of the gains they're suggesting, it would be worth the $150.

search around-that thing showed a los of hp. So did dinans's increased size throttle body.

New engines with the technology do not take advantage of what a throttle spacer does, which is, even out flow in a more lienar fashion through the TB
