Wassup Alan, Happy Turkey day to you too!

You have a point about non-M5 owners commenting on your dyno results.
What we do have are non-M5 owners who owned the AFE who did the dynos.

If you wish to find out about M5 owners experience with AFE, like Eloy said, post your results on the M5board.
Although we have M5 owners in our forum, the M5board is more M5 centric, with obviously a majority of the audience M5 owners.
I'm curious to see what their response would be to your results.
GL man.

Still talking about this, huh?

You guys are something else. Notice I didn't post any additional information? Anyone bothered to ask themselves why?

Because I did this on the level and you cats are all personalizing the conversation. I can post the video of the dyno, pics of my car on the rollers, etc... but so what? All that's going to happen is people who are unqualified, don't own an E60 M5, or have a vested interest in a negative outcome are going to further suggest I'm a liar, a scam artist, or somehow have something to gain from the results.

I did this because I wanted to see for myself, which I did. I'm truely sorry I couldn't report back the info you wanted or expected, but it is what it is.

At the end of the day, no one is trying to sell anyone else an intake and the results speak for themselves. I can't tell you how this sours me to owning the car, as well as a vendor or two who will never get my business, as well as some of the members of this website. I get that it's easy to say things behind the anonymity of a keyboard, but some of you are like school on Saturday; no class.

Either you have it or you don't, so for that I'm a little sad.

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.

Enjoy the ride,
Alan

Either way, I think you did an admirable job posting this
I agree! Just read the whole thread. All the guy did was post the results of his AFE intake, all could have been avoided if you guys have just said "nice gains" plain and simple.

Well I guess posting AFE dyno charts or posting "Singh tune" dyno chart is ILLEGAL on this forum! Bwahahahahaha!
