The thing is I don't want to assume they are all unhappy with the product and want a refund. So, people should put their names on the list individually. IMO

I'm sure the Toy Company doesnt just issue "credit" to the company.
I think AFE should pay Trinity back in cash not freakin credit. Unless you guys want AFE credit as your refund.
Joe went out of his way to help resolve the situation with you guys and to try to get AFE to give you all a refund and yet in the end you guys want to put him out of business, when he found out about the loss in HP, he was one of the first to chime in on the forum and he also took off all the products from his website. You guys are fuckin whack...

Since Joe at Trinity Autosports has indicated that he will not be buying product from aFe any longer, we will honor his request to credit back to his bank account any refund due him if any readers desire to return an aFe product back to him. This should remove any obstacle from returning aFe product back to Trinity. If you purchased your product from Trinity, please contact Joe for an RGA. If you purchased product from one of our other dealers or distributors, please contact them regarding an RGA.

No not asking Trinity for their money, what I'm asking for is for AFE to stand up to there Marketing or refund the funds , don't be like target and only issue store credit in the department it was bought from , and only allow 2x returns a year per person. Trinity has been more than straight forward with us , and they have helped me out a couple times already.
If Trinity had a big enough list of disgruntled consumers I think Afe would have some thing to think about. Just think the E60 are small potatoes compared to the E90 and E8X owners, and there are some aggravated e90post members that are already pissed with afe ...
This is not Trinity fault since they were mislead too, but they should do every thing they possibly can to make their customers happy too.
