I'd say go for new shoes. I have an Alpine e60 and have the lighting upgrades you've modded along with the matte black grill... I went with the Miro 942's on Hankook 245/35/19 275/30/19. Next for me will be either body color or CF roof spoiler and trunk spoiler.
Tint also makes an impact! I have 5% and 20% on my moonroof ( keeps the sun glare out of your face) An RPI scoop is also something to consider for a quick performance mod...
