I have an alpine white 2008 535i, premium + sports.... just bought it CPO at the end of April.

I ordered HID Angel Eyes, 6000k D1S Low Beams, 6000k HID Fogs, Ultimate LED Interiors, and License Plate LED Bulbs. So excited!!! This package along with the matte black kidney grilles are my first mods.

What should I do next?

You can either go with the body kit or rims. I prefer rims before kit though. Both will be in the same price range unless you're getting those expensive rims.

I was thinking about going with 19" black v710 from Velocity Motoring with either the 8.5's or 9.5's for the front and the 10's or 11's for the rear. What do you guys think of those on the alpine white car? I haven't been able to find any photos of the combination... only 335i's.

I like black rims on white car because it has that contrast look. Haven't looked that much at the VMR style yet though but definitely try to get the 10" for the rear. Take a look at Socale39's car with the VB3, the before and after shot of the 9.5" and 10" rear, big difference with the concavity.

Have fun modding...the problem with wheels is that there is just too many styles out there. Also make sure whether or not you want 19" or 20" though. It seems like there are mixed opinions when it comes to it. Some members sold there 19" to get 20". Some prefer the 19" because of the tire thickness.

Just saw a pic of an alpine white and silver V710. Check out the Hankook tire thread. The member's name is RMcoolX. May be you can PM him for more pics. I only saw his sig pic.

Good luck!

I'm definitely getting tints. I'm thinking of going with 20% all around. What do you think is the best tints setup on an alpine white?

I'd probably say my budget is $5000 right now.

I say plasti dip the 535i on the back and get the JB4 tune! And for spending the rest of the 5k, M5tech kit with the quad exhaust set up!

Wait up for the Mtech rep kit since there are more choices available for the lip but definitely consider quad. Go at least 15% or lower on the back and may be 20 or 25% in front. In that heat, you definitely need to consider darker tint.
