Nice subtle little mod. I like it, even though its chrome. Kind of looks like the LCI trim line.

I really don't like chrome on cars and when I saw the start of your post I was fully expecting the usual chrome tat abortion... But that actually looks quite good. From that angle at least, it looks fairly OEM.

I think it works because the car is silver. Changes up the look of the bumper a bit, I think I actually like it.

Looks good to me. It highlights your lower valance without making it look too busy. Plus it matches the kidney grills. Good job!

I am in the minority pro chrome crowd. If I wasn't looking at changing my front bumper out I would definitely do this. Nice job!
