ACS spoiliers - double pipe

I saw this morning a full modded car with ACS spoilers and 21" tires. Could get a picture. He droves to fast.
But I have a question:
I tought ACS had only 1 double pipe and I saw 2 double pipes today.

Could have been fabricated to have the "quad" exhaust.
The ones on the market now are fabricated for looks/aesthetics since they are hardly functional. What I mean by this is the one by Eisenmann (and I believe Hamann) are simply the dual tips on the left and a fake or "dummy" pipe leading to the right side with another dual tip.
In the hands of a skillful technician, any car can be fitted to have a quad exhaust.
