Damn that's impressive. I'm curious where you connect the iPod. Does it just connect in the armrest, such as for music?

I have an ACM and am deciding how I want the setup. Yours looks awesome. The parts aren't too expensive, it's the labor costs that are making me hesitant.

Also, are you going to add a DVD player in the future? Do you know if there is enough clearance too install an in-dash unit?

thanks!

freed0m has Roadshow cable (RCA), and his ipod is in center armrest compartment.
I left RCA input in glove box and Roadshow cable was routed from center armrest to glove box. He can disconnect Roadshow cable and connect any video source to RCA inputs to ACM.

Man, did you study engineering in college or something? How do you know all this? I thought I was smart after I fixed the center console in my old Infiniti G35, but this is a whole new level.

Good work man, wish I was in Cali so I could ask for help w/ my car

If anyone is planning to get both the front and rear cameras then instead of buying the ACM separately you should think of buying the BMW Round Vision kit 66 21 0 420 510. It includes the entire ACM kit and the front and rear cameras too.
