I'm about to bite the bullet on some AC Schnitzer shocks for my 06 530I. Can someone tell me a reason why I shouldn't? It'll be lowered with H&R Springs. Any feedback is appreciated.

I'm hoping that I'm not making a big mistake with these shocks. I would go with coilovers but, I drive Clients and Customers around in my car here and there. This is why I'm going with a shock and spring setup. Just being sure I state this so PraisetheLowered or Takman won't say anything LOL

Dude, honestly, never even heard about ACS shocks - they probably are made by either bilstein or some other big suspension company. Research the manufacturer and you'll know whether its worth the 500. Its such a low price, that I'd definitely make sure that this is indeed a good purchase before committing funds.

On the other hand, they're already paired and ACS generally knows what they're doing, so there's some degree of certainty there too...

Do you have pics or at least some model numbers/part numbers?
