They are both supposed be from US Distributors (supposed to be important).

[/quote]EEC-Online is currently under lawsuit from several tuning companies' North American importers for falsely advertising products under their brand names (ie, AC Schnitzer). If you email CEC, the North American importer for ACS, you will find that they are NOT an authorized retailer of ACS products.
