Thanks e60_fanatic. I have the factory chrome tips, but didn't notice any screws. I will take a look today at them.

no worries man, i used to have the factory tips on my e46 coupe, when i bought them they came with 2 screws to screw in from the bottom on each one. if you dont have the screws on your tips then they will just pull out, might need some force though, good luck
