Does anyone have it installed? Please provide some pictures if it is possible. How hard is it to DIY?

Don't feel like wasting money on labor if it is a simple clamp and go install!

Hey Stormace,

You've spent a few bucks on your ride. Take it to a reputable shop in the area. What's another couple of hundred bucks at this point?

They will need to "CUT" off the existing exhaust as it is essentially one piece.

The B&B that I got was made specifically for the E60 and the shop that I brought it to STILL needed to fabricate a custom bracket to get it to fit correctly. Not to mention they needed to adjust it a bit to get the tips straight (kinda like a girls with uneven nipples - still looks good but somethin' just 'aint quite right )

Even with a 3 hour install with crazy Massachusetts prices, it was only $175.

Don't cheap out! You will regret it. YMMV.

I'm a little tired of all the pictures of the 5. What I'd like to HEAR is clips of exhaust mods and have them collected in a gallery of some kind. A number of forum members have moded their exhaust and a great many of us want to know how they sound.
I have been waiting to hear some exhaust notes on a 5, and heard plenty of the M5, but no samples of the many other exhaust options even factory sounds as a baseline.

Wow 3 hours on labor is ONLY $175. My bodyshop charges $95/hour.

Anyway, i'll look into it further on the ACS. Will switching out the exhaust void the warranty at all?

Inside & Outside (with the B& sound is available by clicking the link (vroooooom) in my sig.
I haven't heard any other sound clips of an e60 exhaust except for the 530 on B&B's site.

Stormace, the install was nicely done and I was pleased with the price. I was expecting $300-$325 given the extra work/time.

Here's a link to my post of the actual Federal Warranty law. It should tell you what you need to know.
