Can someone tell me what the part number printed under the roof spoiler says pls.

I bought one from ebay, and it seems to be a little bit too short. I suspect that i've received the wrong item and the seller might have sent me the one for E90 instead.

Thanks

Is it real AC Roof Spoiler or a replica?

Replica. underneath it says E90 so i told them about it. They said that it fits both E60 and E90. The spoiler does not quite reach both end of the rear window. It gets up to the rubber lining only. So there's about aqurter of an inch gap on either sides, as big as the trench for the rain watter runoffs. Is this how it's supposed to be?

and another thing, if this is the right spoiler, should i put the 3m tape on the rubber lining or on the window itself?

Yes, this is how it's supposed to be. Put the 3M tape on the spoiler itself, however, I wouldn't use 3M tape. Mine didn't stay. Take it to a body shop and have them use the industrial strength glue to keep it on there. They'll probably charge you $20, but it's worth it for peace of mind.

You have to be careful what type of glue. They have some really strong stuff that can damage your window if you try to take off the spoiler later on. 3M tape and silicon if used properly and left long enough to cure with some kind of clamp should work. I tried to take off my ACS trunk spoiler and the installer had put some industrial glue on there that my body shop couldn't remove without damaging my paint so I reinstalled the spoiler.
