These will work perfectly. I had the EXACT same specs on my 19" wheels on my 530xi. I ended up using spacers for the front and rear too, just to push the wheels out to the fenders a bit.
-yeah, about those spacers - I don't know, C - people are havin' issues with vibrations... I'd rather go with a more aggressive offset, but hey, to each his own. I guess, if you want a certain set of rims and they only come in this offset, you'd better figure out the spacers real quick. And who better to ask than Calton or DrLev - y'all are the two resident Xi rims experts on this forum

You can use ET30 in the front with the 8.5" rim and ET33 in the rear with the 9.5" rim on the tire sizes you stated above. This will give you a nice, flush setup.

So after more research into this TPMS issue, I actually don't have a TPMS, I've got the old indirect "FTM" system. Thank god I didn't put my order through yet. Also, the Beyern Mesh in 19x9.5 are out of stock EVERYWHERE. So this will have to wait. I'm thinking that I'm going to pick up some springs and the Trinity bumper+side skirt instead and roll on the style 123's for now.
