I started the rear M5 brake install but gave up.

The parking brake upper spring is kicking my butt. Is there a special tool to make reinstall easier?
I'll continue tomorrow after getting the tool from Pepboys. DIY in work.

New rotor teaser pic.

New M5 rear Protector plate installed. Thanks for the install tip andy545

I see (from the scratches) you are left-handed hahaha
just slide it behind, catch the one hole and then with a long thin screwdriver from below against the inner hub, drag it until it come in front of the hole. Then just push it with something to slide it in, at the same time pull the screwdriver out

9. Assemble shoes, lower spring(easier, less tension) and adjusting screw.

10. Install shoes by inserting the spring loaded pins and rotating them 1/4 turn. The pins go through a hole in the shoe
and then through a slot in the backing plate. If you use a flashlight from behind, it's easier to line up the pins properly .

11. Replace top spring.
