745 throttle body the same engine as 545?

My Ride: 2004 545i, BMW Stainless Steel Pedals, #166 Rims
I'm trying to find a throttle body to port out and can only find 745i and not 545i. I'm assuming it is the same engine but thought someone might know the answer for sure. Thanks for the help.
