A lot of members over at M3 Forum have those installed and they all seem to like it.

Agreed, although I've never done it, now I may consider it. Look over at m3forum.net in the DIY section I think and there's a 'free or almost free' mod thread that is stickied. There's a post by member Obioban who shows you how to make one for roughly $1 IIRC + a trip to Home Depot.

If you go through with it, let us know how it works out!

I got the BMS modified clutch , but no clutch stop.

My Ride: 2004 530i premium package/active steering/auto sunshade/tiag/black dakota leather/logic 7 35% tint all around 19' DPE GT7

I made a homemade clutch stop almost identical to that one for $2 for my e46, when I got rid of the e46 I took it out and tried to put on the e60 but noticed that there doesn't seem to be a threaded hole to screw it into.
