My Ride: 2005 545i, sport, nav, cold pakge, stereo, 3.45 rear, CAI, throttle bodies, software, DINAN badge, 166 wheels w/dark grey powdercoat (always look clean!).

the B_E_S_T $$$ value is Dinan's 3.45 rear end - 17% twist as steve calls it. this gave me more accelation than the cold air, exhaust, throttle bodies combined. i was surprised that even with more racing and fast driving, mileage went up +1mpg

i dont know about you guys, but the people at britalman (is the at how you spell it?) have the exaust for the e63 (545/550)... it sounds sooo sick.... louder than hamman, or eisenmann (eisenmann is fake quad)

check them out at britalman dot com (or google them)

so for me.. exhaust, then chip.... and then when i get bored, go to racing dynamics andget their drop-in 5.2 engine....ahhhhh

At least for the e60 545/550, exhaust systems add no performance gains unless of course it's the complete RD Sport exhaust for $10K.

Look to my recent thread on new exhaust ... All for ?1500 or 2k with new 100 cells kats .
When I will have replaced the original kat I will make a dyno test to find out how many tens HP I will have gained .

RD are only thiefts .

Britalman only has for the E63 not the E60
