550 exhaust, spoiler and interior trim kits?

looking for subtle spoiler, like the one on the e39 m5. muffler choices (had billy boat on greatly missed electric red 2000 540i6 ) want something similar. most importantly, like to see ALL choices for interior trim kits, oem and aftermarket. i suspect there are many choices from germany, like the choices on bmw germany website configuration tool. i don't speak german which makes surfing that site an adventure .
"individual bmw" site offers many different trim kits. anybody know if m5 trim kit would work on 550? if a german car trim kit work on american spec car? anybody have experience special ordering a new car?
i have had the pleasure of owning 2002, 320i, 318i, 533i, 528i, 328i, 530, red 540i6, 330cic and now 08 550i, all good

My Ride: 2011, X6 Hybrid . Alpine White , every option. 20" Conti' NON runflats,OEM trunk spoiler , LUX V3 AE's , HP Thunder Fogs , custom front bumper reflector delete........
I had an e39 MSport 540, the closet thing to that rear spoiler is the new M5 spoiler.I put it on my car, check out my album for close ups. I was really thinking about changing the exhaust too but I've grown to appreciate the understated growl , drive it in Sport mode with the window down and you'll get a new appreciation of the sound everyone else hears.Good luck
