Haha, it was one of the reps (Steve Briseno) that called me to tell me about the software programming. He remembered me the last time I was there when I had them install the Dinan exhaust, so he left me a message a few days ago. I'm so interested in seeing how the throttle response improves! Maybe I'll call Steve on Monday to have them install the V8 throttle body to take full advantage of the programming! Only thing is ... on the website, they show the 545i software as being 49-state legal. Does that mean the mainland 49 excluding Hawaii, or all states except California (since we have the more stricter CARB laws)? If it's "except California", then I'm assuming that will apply to the 550i throttle body as well. Anyone from California get the new throttle body for their 545/550i yet?
