You can get a 3 year warranty from them on engine, tranny andf drivetrain.

My Ride: 2004 545i 6spd, blk on blk, HRE 540R 20x9 in front and 20x10 in rear with Pirelli PZero Neros 245/25/20 front and 295/25/20 rear. H&R springs, and Eisenmann quad exhaust, V! radar detector, black grille, limo tint all around.
so what chip tuning company is this, and how much is it for the chip? I might be interested in it if they have it available in the U.S. Los Angeles to be exact.

It's a company in Germany, and I think they just modify the chip that's in the car. I don't think it is a new chip they put in your car, so it might not be possible to order it.
