Does the resonator or exh valve have any effect on back pressure, and have you noticed any engine faults or any other repercussions as a result of the mod?? Positive or negative aside from the nice sound.
WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO POST A SOUND CLIP!?!?!?!??![W00t](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/w00t.gif)

I've put 500 miles on the car since (mellow to very spirited) and their are no negative repercussions to date...only that nice exhaust tone...

As I posted on another thread, I took out the big 14 lb. resonator, but have not been impressed with the results at all. I did a video for you tonight, but I think the shop may have closed my flap during the 28 days they held it hostage. Just got it back yesterday.
I am not having any success with the AVI file. May try it separately. One more time . . .

You are right about the conditions. Remember though that taking the big one out means it has to be replaced with a shop-fabricated piece. No problem, but will set you back a bit more than the $65. I would think that to take it all out and then put it back would cost $350-$400 to get back to square one.

Doesn't sound like yours, realty. Also, the dealer shop mechanic must have closed the flap since condensation is only coming out of one side. From inside the car, it's almost a non event.
