This questions is more for the V8 owners out there, 545/550. What kind of Magnaflow exhaust set-ups do you have?

My Ride: 2005 545i- Titanium Gray

I have a 545 and will be putting an x-pipe and dual 14" magnaflows, deleting the last resonator. Have not done it yet but ordering the parts from R1Racer on Monday.

I dont want to highjack but am curious if anyone knows if this will cause any error codes or problems with my ECU? I assume it will not but want to be sure from anyone that has this set up?

And I love the sound! You need to do a quad setup as well.

I tried to fit the dual in dual out 4x9 magnaflow, but because I kept the front 2 resonators and the rear center box resonators, the distance between the 2 pipes on the magnaflow was too far apart and would not fit.

I'm surprise that magnaflow doesn't advertise that it has the x-pipe configuration inside the muffler like dynomax. Does your exhaust sound balance between the left and the right side?
