My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.

No, the M5 is quite different in this area. It has a much larger space for the right side silencer almost like the non M has on the left side. So the heat shield is very large.

Thanks, but there is already one on there... I used to have the small M5 but went to the larger lip. Maybe the pic doesn't show it well.
