I located the tips from eBay. A seller had purchased them for his Mustang and decided against it. So up they went and I believe I paid 55.00 for both. You can get them at Summit Racing in the low 100's. The 2.25 muffler was ~ 125.00 and the labor to install and the turbo mufflers were 200, the diffuser was 200.00, so right around 600.00 for everything.

also have got to ask how big the 2 inlet/outlets of the magnaflow muffler are, as this is my next step as well.
The tips are 3" and the muffler is 2.25 in /out. our 535's have 3" after the the first small muffler. I asked a lot of people and almost canceled the entire thing because of some saying a loss in power. 2.25 seem to make the most sense, since it was splitting out in two. All seems to be ok and power band doesn't seem to have changed, or at least not any less.

I'm thinking it is... I look at SO many and the price was crazy for a while. The one I ordered is fiberglass and I am not a fan of this material and fitment. The poly p material seem to be in the 300+ shipping range and the fiber g was 150 + shipping. I decided with this because I will wrap it and can hide any issues that I don't like. And as my luck has it, I looked again on ebay after my purchase and found one in TX with the Poly p material for $100.00 and FREE SHIPPING!!! WTF?

Man, that is nice looking! I would like to do the same thing to mine. What is holding me back is the sound. I can't have it too loud, I'm a family man! I was going to add a AR catted DP to the mix. Do you have DPs or do you know if the AR would interfere with this setup?

I'm not sure but my guess would be that they would not interfere. The new exhaust starts just before the old center muffler that is ~ under the rear seat area. So everything forward is not disturbed. The sound is not bad at all, just a little more than the Dinan that I had on it.

The muffler is Part Number: MPE-11385, I'm not sure about tips because I got them from eBay but they look like 35169 magnaflow and seems to fit the price range

Ha! I used turbo tubes on mine too - removed the one large muffler in back and the squarish difuser right after the cats - put in two dual DYNAFLOW tips and it now has a nice, deep growl coming out of a functional quad exhaust. Love it.

I'll find some pictures of the mod and post them another time.

Actually from one of my old suppliers of heat shields and UB panels. A friend there just cut me a piece off of some scrap material. I feel your pain I looked everywhere too, with no luck. If you are near by SC I have some left over you can have.

Jay, not sure if the Xi has less space than the reg version. The tightest place for me was along the right side. After removing the battery cover I could see exactly what I was dealing with. The turbo muffs were the biggest issue because I didn't want them too close too the wall area. I decided to fabricate a heat shield just in case. Not sure if it will really be needed but it can't hurt. I would recommend pulling your bat panel and just having a look, you never know...
