My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System
Model Year: 2007
could you please explain you first post about one resonator at a time. My understanding, even if I take of 1 resonator, I am still going to have to straight pipe it from there. Are you talking about removing the resonator and keeping the stock muffler in the rear? Also, what do you mean by the muffler being straight or baffled? Thanks.

ok, so the attached picture was borrowed from a friend of hamman5 that I found through old posts. This is either a 325i or 330i. The only difference is that us 530i/525i owners have only one pipe coming out of the resonator, so we have to split that pipe when it comes out. The only thing right now is if the sound would cause droning in the cabin at cruising speeds.
Too noisy, the car in that pic ... Pay attention, during trips it would be irritating .

First, you get our dual system, which is already louder than a single system. Our exhausts are known to offer a deeper sound at low rpm and a nice rumble.
Once you have it installed, if you think the sound is not "loud" enough, you have the options of running straight pipes instead of resonators.
Here's a youtube example with a 545i:
Without resonator :
Regarding the mufflers :
Baffled mufflers are most of the time quiet and reduce exhaust flow, thus performance and sound.
Straight mufflers are used on all of our applications, they increase sound and performance.
It may not even come into play, because I believe your stock exhausts are straight through.
I have a few exhaust brands you can select from on my site.
