My Ride: 2005 520d M Sport Titanium Silver, 6-speed Manual, new style Start/Stop ignition, Black Dakota Leather, bluetooth, Nav via Tomtom One on a brodit dashmount
Mine is at just short of 10,000 miles and seems to be getting better and better with every thousand mile or so.
I do like the sound of the DMS remap particularly if it does not affect your BMW warranty, and gives better power / economy

There is an article in this months BMW car mag. A full overview of the DMS remap on the 320d...might give some clues..
States a power increase up from 163BHP to 208BHP, and torque up from 340Nm (251lb ft) to 406Nm (299lb ft). Cost ?595 + vat.

not really too impressed with the article in the bmw magazine - didnt really highlight too much about the performance & differences etc.
