Thanks a lot Kewill0360 this is mainly the answer I was looking for since Ed from Bimmian said this problem was 2010 E60 specific, which led me to start this thread.
Sounds like I'll pretty much need to go with an LED from a reputable source/company and have coding done after installing bulbs.

Try Trinity Autosports. They have good quality lights.
Although I have a 2008... I went on ebay and found a seller that I think might be on this board as well. He specifically said he is an engineer and tested many lights for both error free and BMW. I ordered a 17 pc kit from him, and paid him extra to grab me two license plate bulbs. Every single one fit great and had no errors, and no flickering on startup as far as I can tell (can't see the outside license plate but the insides don't do a thing) I don't have the ebay ad handy, but it's in the description. Wasn't too expensive at all, in fact, still a fraction of the price from some vendors.
However, this is an interior light kit, I believe the OP was asking for front turn indicator bulbs... Those must be CANBUS ready, or else you get errors in I drive. The interior lights are not checked or validated by the car so you can throw any LED at it.
