Thanks a lot Kewill0360 this is mainly the answer I was looking for since Ed from Bimmian said this problem was 2010 E60 specific, which led me to start this thread.

Sounds like I'll pretty much need to go with an LED from a reputable source/company and have coding done after installing bulbs.

Try Trinity Autosports. They have good quality lights.

Yes, I just bought and installed the same kit. I am very pleased with it, the intensity of light inside the car probably has tripled and it all looks very modern and tidy.

However, this is an interior light kit, I believe the OP was asking for front turn indicator bulbs... Those must be CANBUS ready, or else you get errors in I drive. The interior lights are not checked or validated by the car so you can throw any LED at it.
