hey iam new to the e60 site curently have a 06 e90 getting my matallic black on black 2008 e60 next week i-drive,premieum package,xenon,cold weather.. the first thing i want to do is the m5 front bumper does any1 know where i can get one iam from new york,westchester area even if there not in NY any1 that ships or is close to NY with good prices ??...afta that i have a brand new set of 19" Beryon Mesh wheels which i will put on .. do you guys suggest to lower it i lowered my e90 wit H&R & it look good.. or do u guys think on e60 it will mess up the ride alot?? & alsoo looking for a roof spoiler & trunk lipp..please send me sites & whatnot ...thanks for everyones helpp !!

You did not mention if it's an XI or an I. It makes a big difference when moding springs and wheels.

welcome. other than getting the bumper from quad_m, lowering your e60 would not be a problem. the majority of members have lowered with eibach or H&R springs, and some with coilovers. the ride wouldnt suffer too much, just sportier, and the stiffness would depend on what setup you go with. for the roof spoiler, most who have one have the schnitzer roof spoiler. for the decklid spoiler, the most popular at the moment i believe would be the M5 decklid and the rieger. good luck with the mods and enjoy the forums.
