My Ride: 2012 550i Space Gray M Sport
I searched the threads but had a hard time finding a clear answer. I just want to make sure I have the right set up. I just got 20" 8.5 fronts 10.5 rears finally installed. I have 245/30/20 in front and 285/30/20 in back. Am I going to be ok with those tires? My car has sports suspension. Pics are coming soon. Thanks

Do you happen to know what the wheel offsets are?
20 x 8.5 & 20x 10.5

i believe you will need a 285/25/20 not 285/30/20- The diff between a 245/30 and 285/30 diamter is pretty large I am guessing-someone can do the match .3 times 285 minus .3 times 245. I am guesing a 25 series tire in the rear is what you are looking for. Not sure if that difference in diameter is enough to do damage long term to the diff ( just did the math and its about 1/2 inch difference in overall diameter-not sure if that is enough to do damage or not. A 25 series with the 285s would give you a perfectly equal diameter on the other hand-just id the math on that one to so you are off by a size.
On the other hand you could increase the front to 245/35 may look better and also will even up the diameter
