Still rubbing. Most of the time I hear nothing. Big dip with the wheels turned...rub. I am going to go down to 245/30 and 285/25. Any other suggestions?

My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
Honestly, I run 245/35/20 in the front and 285/30/20 in the rears with rolled rear fenders and zero issues unless there is significant weight in the rear. First determine if it's just the fronts rubbing or both, if it is just the fronts then change those to the 245/30/20, but from what you say i wouldn't want to run a stretched tire either in the rear (I like my wheels and want to protect em as much as possible)

My Ride: 545i 6 speed ,101 oem wheels, M tec, aluminum cube, LCI tailights, modified headlights, DINAN software, DINAN muffler, DINAN throttle body, DINAN intake, trunk finisher.
Im runing the same wheels 101 with 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 and have no issues.(sport Suspension) The offset is not that agressive. Is is rubbing on both sides? The only explanation I can come up with is your front suspension is sagging too much. Maybe you need new springs. If you must change the fron tires to 245/30/20 at least leave the rears with the extra rubber, you wont be able to see the diffrence.

Can you verify that your wheels are both et24 from a 7er and not the 6 series config which has different offsets?
I sopke to my mechanic today and he agreed that they should fit. He noticed my control arms are pretty worn and suggested they might influence tight wheel fitment and rubbing. I am going to have them fixed tomorrow along with a leaking vac pump and see what that does. If that doesnt fix it, bring on the 245/30.
Thoughts on how control arms might influence this? I think the additional play in the caster might influence the tire making contact with the fender where it meets the bumper.

my car still rubbed with 245/30/20's i thought it was solved but i have dpe's and the offsets are pretty aggressive. made a big difference from the amount it used to rub with 245/35/20's though so it was worth it.
