All,

Thanks in advance for your help and advice. I have found a great deal on a set of 20" Style 101 wheels and tires I would like to put on my car. The are coming off a 7er and I am planning to fit them on my 05 545 sport. I know I will need to replace the tires with the correct sizes for the E60 but I am struggling to find information on the offset. I have used search. I have emailed member Dave530d for advice and I have looked on other forums. I have seen two cars with these fitted but I have some questions.

1) In 20" it appears they only come in one offset. Is this correct? 20x9 24 and 20x10 24.
2) Anyone have any good pictures? (other than Dave530d)
3) With the reccommended 20" tire sizes 245/35 or 255/30, 275/30 or 285/25 does anyone get rubbing on OEM sport suspension?
4) Any reason TPMS wont fit?

I really like the OEM look and think these wheels are the best BMW offers. Thoughts or advice is welcome.

Tom

offset should be on back of the wheel

ex: ET 24 ...means they have an offset of 24

the wheel sizes look correct as per... http://www.bmwwheels.com/bmwwheels_d...101&Series=E65

i currently have oem 21" 7 series wheels on my car and ride on 255/30 front and 285/30 rear

there is some rubbing on both (i have non-sport suspension but will be switching to sport springs in front soon)

but i have put 5mm spacers on both front and rear and rolled the fenders

these r things you might need inorder to run correctly

i have ftm so i have no clue about tmps fitment

hope this helps

According to the gent named dave with the wagon, they are drop in replacements for the stock wheels as long as you get the tire size correct. I hope that is the case. Anyone else ever run these 101s?

You may want to contact these folks as they appear to be pretty up on their BMW wheels: http://bmwwheels.com/bmwwheels.asp

Is there any different between the wagon and sedan?
