I'm thinking of (but not set on) running 285/30/20 for the rear. However, that size is not available on the DW, but it is on DWS. The DWS is just as good as DW no??

The DW are NOT discontinued at Discount Tires. They just don't carry inventory in their warehouses but they can get them. They can special order them and don't get fooled into paying for shipping either.

Switching from factory sport contact 2 to DW tires the first thing I noticed was the softer sidewalls and even my DTC noticed the difference because it now comes on sooner and/or at slower speeds. Grip is about the same but car wiggles more in transitions from left to right and vise versa or over uneven surfaces

Try increasing the air pressure. My DWS's sidewalls were extremely "flexy" when I first got them, but I've found that in my case, when I increase the pressure by 4-5psi in each wheel, over the factory-recommended, the sidewalls are a lot more resistant to flexing under even heavy cornering forces.

I always keep my tires near max (within 5psi) which is 51 psi for both contact 2 and DW.

I concur that these conti dw tires make the car "wiggle left to right and vise versa or over uneven surfaces". It gets to the point where you feel the car is about to lose control or something. Very annoying!! Like I commented on another post before..., I would never buy these tires again.

Just noticed that DW doesn't come in 285/30/20, DWS does. Would it be silly to put DWS on rear and DW in front?
