Haha, I'm so confused. Nick is running 15mm spacers, but he has 265 tires.
Don't know what to tell you. Like I said, I'm not an expert with offsets. You probably won't have to run spacers at all. Check out this wheel offset calculator I got from 1010tires. Current Wheel Specs are for the rear 166. New Wheel Specs are for the rear 167. According to this calculator, switching from 166 to 167 is like adding 11mm to the 166s. Did that make sense?

You know what I just realized? The offset of the rear 167s are different than 166s. I had always assumed them to be the same ET:28. 167s have a rear offset of ET:17 whereas 166s rear offset is ET:28. Based on this, I don't think that 12mm for 167s would work b/c it would cause the tires to rub against the fender liner. This is probably why brian1225 had to roll his fenders to accommodate the 12mm with his 167s.

OEM 166 specs:

Vegas, your research is corresponding on M6 wheels (ET17)

The correct style 167 wheels for E60 (M5-ET28) just like 166s, is here:

Been waiting for your reply, Nick!

I thought that I read there was two offsets for the 167s. Someone mentioned it before. So, the question now is which offset does MikeBuzzSaw have? Mike, you have the paperwork with the specs for the wheels?

My offset for the front 19x8.5 offset of 12
My offset for the rear 19x9.5 offset of 28

There is infact two M6 rims. One has offset of 17 and part number ends in 35147 and the one with 28 offset ends in 35148

I in fact have the 28 offset. So my guess is 12mm would work the best.

Offset numbers are engraved on the inner side of the wheel. This one below (IS12) is for the front wheel.
