You have only the front M5 brakes (See from your sing.)
And so?

M5 rear brakes are just for the look (same pads with 545i and the caliper is little and 2 pistons). I could get them for EUR 1000 new.

I can feel the havy weihgt from brakes ...

I know you feel so excited, but the 520i had worst brakes than 545i. Plus I didn't say M5 brakes are horrible! Just they are not the best.
I don't need a 520i user teach me how much my brakes brake

I have an issue with my brakes too - fade too quickly and could use some more feel. Without changing the calipers, my plan is to get stoptech x-drilled and vented rotors with some really good pads (was thinking about the Green Stuff EBCs, I think). Most importantly, I was planning on getting the stainless steel lines (which is, as I understand, one of the best antidotes for brake-fade effect - the steel lines hold pressure infinitely better).

Reason I stated the above? Well, as I know, calipers are insanely expensive, and 545/M5 (from what I know the difference between these is actually nominal) brakes are not really that small to begin with - put those two together, and it becomes evident to me that you may benefit from upgrading the components in your brakes. Only other thing you can do to REALLY improve things is go a full Brembo (or similar) setup with 6 piston fronts and 4 piston rear... but that'll cost you about as much as a used Mini...

I'm not agree: who installed M5 brakes knows there is a good improvement. Brembo etc. are better, but too much expensive as well.

Yes, but with ATE brakes it would be worst than what it is now.

How many Kg/lbs weighs a 135i/Z4 3.5i ? Not less than 1500 Kg. And the 545i is 1600 Kg.
They are 1560kg (135i) and 1725kg (545i) respectively.
Changing the brake pad could help on a rather short spirited driving condition. If that doesn't help, change a bigger disc. If that won't help after all, upgrade the whole braking system.
Mind you the stopping power also related to the brake's master cyclinder. How many pots on the calipers merely let you feel a more linear stopping experience.
