Hi I'm new to the forum.
I was wondering if anybody has put a blowoff valve on their 535i.
I'm also new to modifying so some advice would be great.
Thanks!!

to the forum. If you don't mind, please updae your profile info with your location and e60 specs as it helps to answer questions in the future. As far as mods go, you are in the right place. I am sure other members/vendors will chime in and assist you with mod suggestions and help. Good luck

welcome!
i know of one vendor currently working on a blow off valve, but is still in R&D. if and when it comes to fruition, we'll make plenty of noise!
in the meantime, there's plenty of mods to complete to keep you busy!

Let me warn you , on the E90 forums there are some Horror stories of people running Blow off valves that have caused catastrophic Engine/ turbo failures on the N54's. They run in the 12-15k just to get he motor replaced... out of your pocket. They can cause the turbos to spin well above what they are designed for. The turbos on the N54 are kinda small and cast in to the block , if they go , they also can damage the block too...
I would advise against them...
But I would say it's up to you.
