Checked out the link punched in my car 07 525xi and it says it doesn't fit my car. I tried looking up by my vehicle and it says nothing is available. Since my car is an E60 shouldn't these springs be interchangeable in regards to the part 04-10?

good question, would have thought they are the same but maybe try talking to them and ask what their return policy is.

Hello audiophool and cmyachtie ,

I appreciate the help!! Got the change done by buying using used springs and swapping them in with the shocks/strut assembly. I wanted to give you guys a heads up if ya'll doing a replacement on the rear end that the DIY's don't tell you is to use a ball joint removal tool to take the ball joint (attached to the swing assembly) (part cost at Napa $13) off to ensure you can push down on the break assembly to place in the new the new assembly in. The DIY's advised me to use a rubber mallet and pound on the bottom piece of the ball joint unseize the part. I wanted to take the cautionary approach and not risk damage to the threading on the ball joint.

Part Number 6 on the link below, I had to unseize the rubber mount on it so I can push down the rotor to allow enough room to place the shock/strut assembly in.
