bmw e60 sport suspension vs m sport suspension (not m5 suspension)

My Ride: 2005 Oriental blue 545i
I was on realoem.com today, plugged in my car details to find out the price of some new struts.(roughly 1500$ for all 4) I noticed thats there is bmw e60 sport suspension and m sport suspension. My car is a 2005 545i, So I know I have sport struts not M struts, has anyone swaped from sport to M sport, is there a difference? has anyone done this retrofit?
