Thumbs up

Wassup everyone,

I just bought me an 06 550i my first bmw, so im new to the game, and I been trying to find some mods, been looking online, but I either find some bogus sites or some outrageous prices. Here is what im looking for, if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

M TEC kit w/pdc some people say get fiberglass some say abs plastic and others say OEM. I cant seem to find a good one. Which one? And what kind of prices am I expecting.

The other thing is an exhaust. im looking for one that would give me some power but more for a clean sound, at low and high rpms. A friend mentioned to just get a universal magna flow muffler and get it welded on.

And where is the best place to get all this from.

I know im a newb... if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be cool

THANKS

PM Trinity Autosport. One stop shop for everything you are looking for. For exhaust, don't go with Magnaflow. The dyno sheets show loss in power. Go with RPI exhaust. Gives about 11+ HP.

For the Mtech kit:

Trinity Autosport (private message them for a quote) - OEM

or

Umnitza.com - Replica, around $900 shipped unpainted

As for the exhaust, most here go for the RPI from what I can tell. Welcome to the forums...

I purchased all OEM from Garry at BMW of Newport, RI. 25% off everything by just mentioning you are an e60 forum member. Call him on the telephone, best way to reach him. He is great to deal with. When you purchase OEM, you know you are going to get all the parts needed, and you are keeping your BMW top notch.
