I noticed the front suspension height of car is imbalanced.

Front driver side measures 26.25" from ground to the top of the wheel wall and front passenger side measures 25.5" from ground to the top of the wheel wall.

Stock sport package suspension and not lowered. Bad shocks? Any idea?

Funny i have the same issue and when i took it in to the Stealership, they said that it was normal wear and tear of the shock. So i was like well shouldnt it be replaced and they said no. They said my suspension was tight. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Wondering if it only happens to the stock sport package suspension? Even though it is normal but it is not right that there's 0.75" difference between the driver side and passenger side... My car only has 28000 miles so far.

True, and you shouldnt be having that issue with such low miles. I would take it in and say something like, it rides rough on the side where it sits low or something. You should be covered if you have warranty that is.

i'm glad you brought this up. did you measure all four sides? well, i did and these are my results:

driver front 26.25"
pass front 26.00" wtf?!

driver rear 26.75" wwtf?!
pass rear 26.25"

i believe because my front pass is lower, the resulting effect brought my driver side rear higher! time for some coilovers ::

and i just hit 50k miles.....sh*t

He guys, it's by design... BMW compensates for the normal occupant-loading, i.e., just the driver inside, estimating maybe 180 lbs or something, and so adjusts the suspension so as to have equal deflection on the level with the driver inside.
