I was contemplating buying a Magnaflow stainless cat-back for my 04 530i, I can get it on ebay for $681 with free shipping, has anyone done this? Is it a worthwhile purchase?

I used a remus and i am very happy with the results.

I have a Remua quad exhaust, pretty happy with it !

About the magnaflow...For that price, you're better go with the RPI, its louder, deeper and better, pm Nerweezy from Trinity Motorsport is a member on here and he should havr something great for you !

I just bought an RPI exhaust through Nerweezy and absolutely love the sound. The drone is not as bad as I expected either. Its only in high gears under high load right before a downshift. Besides that the car sounds amazing, nice deep tone and even some spitting/gurgle on downshifts.
