Sure, my wife's 2007 550i sport. Her commute is 3 miles, so we take hers on longer drives to save the miles on my 2005 545i sport.

ohh fyi- if u own a 525 or 530 dont worry about it. those are already daily drivers

i'm talking to the 545-550i/m5/m3/645-650/m6/x5 4.6 group
That makes me feel better, cuz I thought I should go and buy another car like civic or something
But seriously considering either one of those new verts Solstice if Im not mistaken or Saturn SKY cool looking and top down, or upcomming Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with removable top.

Cattman,

Off the topic, but given you have my car ('05 545), do you think the 550i is noticeably different in terms of speed?

As u can tell by my signature I pamper my baby and only drive it only rarely to keep it pristine, young and keep the value high . Only 29,000 miles in 17 months, but I do have a truck for hauling BS if I need it.

Why would I have this great car and then drive another? Sorry makes no sense to me.

I have been thinking about this post and the only thing I can think of is you bought a car that is too expensive for you?

Not saying you can't afford it, but I think you are worried about the amount you are going to loose on it, sounds to me like you wanted the 550i so you could puff your chest out but now you are looking at the tacho all the time and instead of seeing miles rack up you are seeing $ signs.

If you can't afford to rack the miles up you can't afford the car, simple as that, should have got the 525i I think?

Still works out less per mile than my diesel 5er with gas price differences between the UK and the US!

With the prices we have at the moment me doing 40k miles a year in the diesel would be like you doing 40k miles a year in that!

What sort of boat is that? Looks cool.
