2 WORDS - TEFLON TAPES!

As with the topic - You know you have an E60 when you almost got hit in the mouth when opening trunk for the first time! (Bloody scared the hell out of me when it popped itself up so fast!)
OMG LOL. This girl that was my date for some event almost broke my handle off when getting out of the car. She asked me to open the trunk so I do and lets say it was not pretty. She had a nasty bruise the next day.

Think of it this way. That is their car on steroids. Our cars on steroids is the M5 which has 507 HP so we can all relax.

....1. ...you're hit in the left rear side at 80km (50mph), spun 360 degrees into two lanes of 70mph traffic, hit an SUv with the same left side (front) and come to an abrupt stop sideways across two lanes. Let off brakes and drove to the side, then drove to the body shop.
2....you arrive alive and totally uninjured.

When you're driving in between two cars at the same speed, yet you're the one to get pulled over

When you often find yourself wondering how much this nice loaner is really costing you.
When you spend inordinant amounts of time worrying about how much it might cost to replace the transmission once the warranty runs out.
Or pretty much anything, actually.

You spend hundreds of dollars to replace lights that are working perfectly fine so that they are no longer slightly yellow in tint to crisp white in tint!

LOL yes....along those same lines....you spend hundreds of dollars replacing tails lights because the turn signal indicators are the wrong color and don't match the sidemarkers and fronts

You keep discovering new features to your car, even years after you bought it.

1) took me over a year to notice the rear armrest had flip out cup holders. ( which hold larger drinks then the front ones )

2) after owning the car for 3 years, I just realized I have inflatable motorized lumbar back support adjustments. On both front seats!
